Refund Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
- Defective Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a repair or replacement.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges Not Accepted: As each garment is made specifically for you, we cannot accept exchanges. Please refer to our sizing guide for assistance in selecting the correct size.
Refunds will only be provided if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can expect a refund within 7-10 days via the same getaway payment was made. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with original tags attached.
Cancellation
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order. We do not accept any cancellation after 24 hours of receiving the order.
